The Maine Developmental Disabilities Council is in the midst of the planning process for our next five-year State Plan. Late last year MDDC collected public input on the most pressing needs of people in Maine with developmental disabilities and the areas we should focus on to best impact systems of care and help people with developmental disabilities live full and self-determined lives in their communities.
Based on that feedback, MDDC has written the following proposed Goals and Objectives for our 2022-26 State Plan. We are seeking public input on this proposal – to provide a comment, click on the link below. The public comment period ends on April 25, 2021.
